From young, I had heard from my mum that if you really want to earn big bucks, only car sales, property and insurance that paid the most in the working industry with little start up. And the sky is the limit for your income if you are willing to work hard. And most important, she told me that only insurance gives you recurrent income, which mean even if you goes on back pack trip to Europe, you will still be paid. Unlike property and car sales, if you don't sell anything, you won't get paid. As for property, the income doesn't come in until six months as you have to wait for the whole procedue to be completed. Unless you are doing rental, then it might take up to a month. Since secondary, I have been exposed to the sales industry as my mum is a property agent. As I am the only child so I had to follow her whenever she is doing viewing or even going for open house. I am very influence by her and since young she told me that which career should I choose. She also brought me to numerous talks that mold who I am today. I had heard of many stories of success like the $1.99 shop, how creative company started out and many more. And my mum told me that one of her colleague had just gotten her first semi-detech house and she is only 21 years old. This really inspired me alot. During my Polys days, I had done a few part time jobs for my school holidays but there was one job in the bank that really expose me to the insurance industry. Why I choose Peter Tan Organisation (PTO®)? I found out that the working environment is very different from what I had seen from other agencies. They have a very closed culture and a very family oriented theme. I heard from my manager that Peter Tan Organisation (PTO®) is the top in the insurance industry and since I wanted to give it a try, why not learn from the best as a start. I feel that they could give me all the support and could bring me to a greater height in my career as a start. Since young, I always want to travel around the world, and this job allows me to do so and most important, they provided me everything free of charge. And YES, it's FREE! And i'm still paid while i'm on holiday. And allows me to reach my dreams and goals.
